Reflexology: Friends, Family and Caregivers
This is Reflexology for people who are already massage therapists or want to know more about reflexology to help family members reduce stress, and maintain health. There is no certification with this course.
Reflexology is an ancient technique that dates back over 5000 years. It is a non-invasive and drug free modality that supports and enhances your bodies own innate ability to balance, repair and restore itself.
It is safe for everyone from newborn children to elderly and everyone in-between.
In this class you will be taught basic reflexology techniques, contraindications, how the body and reflexology are related. Hands on practice.
This is a package of 3 classes for $333.00. You can take 1, 2 or all 3 classes.

This introductory class will introduce you to the history of reflexology.
The benefits of reflexology in relieving or managing your stress; How reflexology can improve your health.
Reflexology is something that you can use for yourself, your family, and of course as a possible career.
