Everyone experiences digestive upsets like bloating, acid reflux, burping, belching even occasional constipation or diarrhea. This class will help you deal with these uncomfortable common issues in an easy and noninvasive way.  The anatomy and physiology of the Gastrointestinal Tract, commonly referred to as the GI Tract, will be the focus of this 8 hour class on the Digestive System.

You will locate the foot reflex areas to each part of this 32 foot tube that is the centerpiece of both the digestion and absorption of our nutrients.

You will also learn how to identify and locate the reflex areas to the autonomic nerves, endocrine glands and muscles that support this system. After assessing each aspect of the GI Tract you will apply appropriate essential oils to these reflex areas to help oxygenate the energy flow into the body’s organs and glands.

Plants have been used since the beginning of time to help alleviate digestive disturbances. The application of the essence of these plants, known as essential oils, creates a concentrated effect that directly correlates to the microcosm of Reflex-Oil-ogy.™

This 8 hour class will improve your working knowledge of the digestive system as well as give you new insight into diet, herbs, energy and meridian points, pathologies, emotional effects and body movements that effect our digestion.

You will learn how to utilize the reflex areas with essential oils to help de-congest, detox and promote optimal function using the AAA Reflex-oil-ogy™ Technique.

In This Class You Will Also:

• Examine the effectiveness of incorporating Essential Oils into  the body through Reflex-Oil-ogy.™
• Explore the Anatomy of the Gastrointestinal Tract and how it is reflected onto the feet;
• Practice how to apply the AAA Reflex-Oil-ogy™ Technique;
• Understand the emotional and metaphysical connections to  digestive issues;
• Learn how to best determine what Essential Oils to use for the Gastrointestinal Tract;
• Explore how nutritional supplements and diet effect your body;
• Learn self help stretches to support the Alimentary Canal.

Essential Oils will be used specific to this system and supplied for the class to use.

Balance is due the morning of the actual class.

Reflex-OIL-ogy™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any pre-registered class that does not meet the minimum number of pre-registrations up to seven days prior to the class.  If the class needs to be rescheduled, registered students may choose between receiving a full credit towards a future class or a refund of their fee, minus processing fees.

If a life event forces you to cancel your participation, a refund, minus processing fees, will be issued with a legitimate cancellation request received seven days prior to the class.  After that, you will receive a credit for a future class.
